Our story

Twelve pieces of gear, picked with intent.

FitHaven is a small, opinionated home fitness brand. We curate rather than stock — twelve SKUs across three categories, every one chosen because someone on the team actually trains with it.

Curation

A short shelf, picked with intent.

We don’t run a thousand-SKU catalog. We do resistance, apparel, and recovery — and we pick one strong piece for each lane before adding a second.

Curation
Twelve SKUs. Three categories.
Resistance, apparel, recovery — picked from a long list of options we have personally tested and ranked.
Pillar
A short shelf, picked with intent
Every category gets one strong pick, not five noisy half-steps. If it doesn’t earn its place in the catalog, it doesn’t get one.

Supplier-vetting

Three steps before a piece touches the catalog.

Every supplier earns a spot in the shop the same way: by surviving a fixed vetting loop we run on every category, every cycle.

  1. 01
    Test the gear
Every shortlisted piece goes on the floor for at least three training cycles. Bands, kettlebells, lifting gloves — we measure wear, comfort, and durability in real sessions.
  2. 02
    Interview the makers
We talk to the people who build the gear: factories, small brands, family-run workshops. We look for the kind of supplier who picks up the phone when something is wrong.
  3. 03
    Price honestly
We negotiate a real margin and pass the price on without MSRP theater. The price on the page is the price on the receipt.
Home-gym expertise

What we believe.

A home gym is a private place — the gear in it should be quiet, durable, and safe to fail on. That’s the standard we curate against.

  • 01. A home gym is a private place — the gear in it should be quiet, durable, and safe to fail on..
  • 02. Curating harder than selling is the point.
If we stock 12 items that means we tried 200 and passed.
  • 03. A recovery tool belongs in the same conversation as a kettlebell — they’re the same workout, split in half..
FitHaven began as a small buying list

A staff spreadsheet, a short shelf, and a team that trains with what it sells.

The catalog was a shared list of gear we kept re-ordering — bands, a kettlebell, a recovery roller, a hoodie you don’t mind lifting in. We opened the store because the short list was the whole shop. Nothing else needed to ride along.
